1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Humble Cats Safaris provides a range of travel services, including safari tours, accommodation bookings, transportation, and other related services.

We strive to ensure that all descriptions and information provided are accurate, but we cannot guarantee the availability of all services listed on our website.

3. Booking and Payments

• Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability. To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit as specified in your booking confirmation.
• Payment: The full payment is due before the start of the safari. Payments can be made through bank transfer or as agreed upon during the booking process.
• Currency: All payments should be made in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) or the currency specified during the booking process.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees will apply:
  • More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus a processing fee.
  • 30 to 60 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.
• No-Show: No refund will be issued for no-shows or unused portions of your safari.

5. Changes to Bookings

Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing. While we will do our best to accommodate your requests, we cannot guarantee availability for changes made after the initial booking.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal liability. Humble Cats Safaris is not responsible for any costs incurred due to cancellations or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Responsibilities of Guests

Guests are responsible for:

• Providing accurate personal information for booking purposes.
• Obtaining any necessary visas or vaccinations required for travel to Tanzania.
• Following the guidelines and instructions provided by your safari guide and respecting wildlife and local customs.

8. Liability

Humble Cats Safaris will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or from any activities during your safari. We will not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property resulting from acts of God, strikes, wars, or other events beyond our control.

9. Force Majeure

Humble Cats Safaris will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms if such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, wars, or pandemics.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.

11. Amendments

Humble Cats Safaris reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services will signify your acceptance of the revised terms.
